Congratulations to Green Sash student Tyson Baker on  entering his first tournament at the NAS ACT regional  championships.  He entered 3 events and came away  with a lot of experience and also snare silver in the forms,  gold for points sparring and silver for continuous sparring!

Congratulations to the following students of the month:

DRAGON - Ayush Kumar.  For his enthusiasm in class and during our busy Chinese New Year demonstration time around Chinese New Year.  He even volunteered to jump into the Monkey King/Sun Wu Kong suit for the National Multicultural Festival stall!

LION - Rajiv Singh.  For his involvement in the demonstrations, hosting our post demonstration lunch and finding a new student!

WOLF PACK - our weekend lessons have now evolved into wushu and dragon dance lessons as run by Ares Nie.  So he gets the award this month for giving up his time to teach us his valuable skills!
