Following our performance at the VIP opening of the Historical Expression of Chinese Art exhibition at the National Museum of Australia we have been invited back to run workshops during the July school holidays and perform at the Chinese Festival Day on Sunday 21st July. Each week we will hold workshops on the Wednesday and Friday of the holidays:
0930 - 1100 Dragon and Lion Dance. This will include chinese percussion which provides the heartbeat of the dragons and lions. 1130 -1300 Kung Fu. Includes basic movements in the air and on the pads, forms, stretches, breathing and meditation. Both these workshops are great as standalone activities for the holidays for the kids and also great introductions if they are keen to commit further to join our regular classes. Each class is limited to 30 students so you need to book tickets early to avoid disappointment. You can book HERE
