As we are all busy preparing for our demonstration for Floriade there have been some outstanding students at training:

Dragon - Lucy Teng.  Attending training 3 times a week plus extra choreography sessions and helping out with artwork and costume design.  Came to watch the latest NAS tournament despite illness.

Lion - Blair Singh.  Consistent attendance and working hard to help the rest of the school in choreography.  Technically now older than a lion but have to put him somewhere!

Wolf Pack - Stephanie Kam.  For her outstanding energy in training!

This year our annual demonstration for Floriade is called Dragon High, a manga themed production based around a school for the martial arts gifted.  Our students are now putting in a lot of work choreographing and practising for this.  Please come and support us on Saturday 17th September at Stage 88 in Commonwealth Park on the opening day of Floriade!

We are now well into term 3 and already some students have shown their dedication to our school and getting excited about our production of Dragon High for Floriade.  The students of the month of July are:

Dragon - Sanjiv Singh again.  Consistent performer in classes and a high work rate

Lion - Cici Xu.  Attending 3 times a week and putting in extra effort for our production coming up.  Also toughed it out during the last grading to get over the line in the end without becoming discouraged.

Wolfpack - Andrew Dang (Dango).  Bringing his vast experience of Wing Chun into our classes and adapting to our style very rapidly.
