On 4th April we had 3 students sit their gradings.  Our gradings are multifaceted tests consisting of continuous assessment, online quizzes, written assignments then a grading day with physical, written and sometimes oral components.  Not everyone passes so congratulations should be awarded to anyone who puts in the hard work to prepare then try their best on the day.

All three students passed today and are now awarded their levels as follows:

Vinny Do - junior white sash dragon with honours (top mark of 76.5%)
Ty Pearce - junior white sash dragon
Tyson Baker - junior yellow sash lion

Tyson actually completed two gradings at once.  Students will be awarded their certificates and sash at their next lesson.

Our students of the month are two beginners!  Our school has been fortunate to have 9 enthusiastic beginning students join us this term and two of them deserve notable mentions.  Ayush Kumar has attended every weekday lesson since starting and has fitted in with the culture of our school as if he has been with us for years.  Helen Teng has not only attended every weekday lesson but every Sunday "Wolfpack" lesson including over Easter and has also joined our Prosperous Mountain Lion Dancing brothers and sisters, attending every training session and performance since she started.  We hope this enthusiasm can continue!
